What summer movie will you watch?

The summer movie that I am probably going to watch is the Avengers because I like superheroes and I think that movie will be good to watch.

Yesterday after school me and a couple of friends went to Camelback mountain to go hiking and it was really hot outside it was like 106 degrees but we still climbed it.It was really high and my legs were getting tired, when we finally made it up it was worth it because it was nice and windy up there and the view was nice.The easy part was going down because we just ran it down but we had to be careful because we could fall off but it was fun.Then the next day I was tired and sore and couldn't wake up to go to school.But i still went and now im in my class writing this journal entry.

What will you do to make sure the substitute has a good experience today?

I will behave and be on task so that the substitute wont have any problems and so that she doesnt give the class a bad report on how we did.

What superpower would you want to have?

If I could have any power i would would want the power to read minds and to fly.

Are you going to get a summer job? where? or why not?

I'm trying to get a summer job and i have been applying at fast food restaurants and other places .

What fast food did you eat most recently?

The fast food i ate most recently was sonic and the hamburger i got was really good.

Ted talk

 Marco Tempest gave the Ted talk and he was using magic to show us how magic lies to us and how its just an illusion but we believe its real.Deception is part of life and everybody is going to be lied to. We believe things people tell us are real but they might just be lies. The ted talk was really interesting and i liked how he used ipods to do magic tricks and it looked like it was real.

What are your plans for the summer?

My plans for the summer is to go to summer school once i finish that i will chill and have fun with friens and maybe go to Mexico and visit my mom and also have fun while im there

Did you ever get lost as a kid?

I've gotten lost before when i was little and it was at a Kmart and i was scared because i couldnt find my mom so i went and asked the cashier if she could help me and later i found my mom.

When you disagree with people how do you handle it?

When i disagree with people i just dont say anything ,but if i know im right i have to say someything.

Are you satisfied with your grades?why?

I'm not satisfied with my grades because they are not good, I have to change that by doing my work and getting things done.

My plans for this weekend is to chill and hang out with friends

today is going pretty good it's just going to slow and the day needs to go faster. I just want to get home and sleep.

What was the last thing you learned?

The last thing i learned about was WW2 and it was very interesting to learn about that.

wHAT DID YOU DO during SPRING BREAK?

On my spring break I went out with friends and just chilled. I just wished we had more days for spring brfeak because i didnt want to go back to school.

Have you ever been on a vacation? where did you go?

When I had a vacation I went to California, and I went to disneyland and it was kinda fun.

Yesterday after school i went home and ate some food, and it was lonely because everybody went to california for spring break but i didnt go because i still didnt have my springbreak .And its cool having the house all to myself.

What is the last book you read for fun? what was it about?

The last book I've raed was the cat in the hat and that book was about a cat that tries to make 2 little kids have fun on a rainy day.

I havent ate fast food in a long time but the type of fast food i used to eat the most was mcdonalds

Today was a good day and it's a set day. It feels like school was going by fast and i cant wait till school is over so i can go home and sleep. Hope tommorrow is a good day like this one.

Summary

Fréchette has an experiment to see if his thesis is correct. He used 42 athletes in the experiment. He recorded how many of them were using supplements and what their eating habits were for three days. He believes that the use of proteins are misunderstood and don't actually have the effect on the person taking them that they believe they are receiving.And talked about how proteins are misused by athletes.

How many times a week do you exercise for at least an hour? what do you do?

I exercise 5 times a week in school for an hour in Lifetime sports, I stretch, run, and play sports.

What was your Aims experience?

When I took the Aims reading test it took me a while to finish.I had to read alot and it got boring but i just did it and finished.I think i did good.

If i could buy an electronic device, I would buy an ipad because its really cool and has alot of things you can do with it .Like for example you can take pictures, listen to music, go on the web and lots more.

So today is valentines day and i got my girl a big bear and a balloon  i hope she liked it.Today was a good day because we spent the day together.

The craziest thing i have done was when i snuck out of my house and went to my friends house.

2.)What was the subject and summary?He talked about how you use guns for violence and how they can be good for society. guns are not the problem neither the solution, people are the problem. Guns don't shoot themselves.Guns are needed in a world with evil in it to ensure freedom.Guns are a tool used to protect and its not supposed to be used innapropriately.\
3.) What was your impression of the speaker?the speaker is the highest military commander of the netherlands and he is a good speaker.

Did you watch the superbowl? what did you think?

I saw the Superbowl "Giants v.s The patriots" and i thought it was a good game and both teams did a great job.

What did you do on your day off?

On my day off i stayed home and watched movies all day it was a boring day.

If you had a choice between a comfortable job or a challenging job which would you choose if the pay was the same?

If i had to choose between a comfortable job and a challenging job that payed the same i would choose a comfortable job because that way i will be happy to go to work and not worry about it being hard.

What kind of car do you want to have when you get older?

When i get older i want a camaro

If you knew today was your last day to live what would you do?

If today was my last day to live i would try to spend the rest of that time with my family.

what is one of your memories from elementary school?

One memory from elementary school was when the class  had to be in a straight line when we went somewhere and i was always in the front because i was the leader.

Why do you think some parents are deadbeats? What makes a parent good?

 Parents shouldn't be a deadbeat parent because when you have a child, that child is part of you; your own responsiblity. There are too many poor children that do infact have bad parents. Some don't even realize they are being a bad parent; maybe due to their own parents acting the same way when they were a kid. Others just don't care that they're a terrible parent and can still live with themselves perfectly fine, even though they know they're abusing their very own child.

I believe a good parent is one that cares for and supplies for their child; in a balanced way. I'm not saying a parent should spoil their kid with whatever they want. Instead supply the nessesities and be supportive and encourage their child to succeed. The sooner you teach your kid to be independent, the better and easier time they'll have in life when they're out on their own. Make them earn the stuff they want and desire, which will in the long run make them much happier to have it, and they'll cherish it much more.

Ted talk #6 Kevin Kelly on how technology evolves

1.)Kevin kelly gave the talk, he talks about how technology evolves because he is a tech enthusiast.

2.) The Ted talk is about how technology evolves and how it helps us.We never satisfy with what we have. So we try to find better ways to improve our lives. But today, there are more and more people in consuming country do not care about what they do. they just get advantages for technology development, but they do nothing to express their thankfulness So he is talking about how we need technology and human create technology to push forward the evolution of the species.

3.)The talk kinda changed the way i thought because now i know how much technology has evolved and how much we need it because without technology we wouldn't have any clue how to make things or find out stuff. I learned that technology has evolved for a long period of time.

Yesterday after school I went home and took a nap because I was tired, after that I watched tv and thats all i did .

what do you think people do when they retire?

I think people that retire live their life and do whatever they want to do with the time they have left to live .Some may travel all around the world, start their own business or just have fun by doing things they never tried before.

what role do you think the next presidential election will have in shaping our country?

The role that the next presidential election will have in shaping our country will be that maybe the next president might keep soldiers out of afghanistan that way people wont die.

what is the farthest you've been away from home?how long were you there?

The farthest I've been away from home was when i went to Mexico, and I stayed there for two weeks and that was a pretty long time to be away from home.

what are some of your goals for the new year?

Some of my goals for the new year is to try my best and to do better in my classes by finishing all my work and turning it in on time.

my break

On my break i went to Mexico to visit my mom, i had a good time over got to see some of my family and friends.On new years me and my family got together and had like a party and we had lots of fun.Hope I can have that much fun when I go visit them again.
